Plexiglas is a light acrylic resin that is solid and UV resistant.

The quality of Swarovski crystal is world famous and Miravidi holds number 159 0102 on the Swarovski certification contract, which specifies that Swarovski is our only accredited crystal components supplier.

Components are fixed in place using strong anti-shock glues.

Ear posts and clasps on earrings are in silver and clips are in nickel-free silver-plated metal.

Items are entirely nickel-free.

Nylon cords are hardwearing and UV resistant.

Length of standard necklaces: between 40.5 – 42 cm depending on the model.

Necklaces and bracelets are also available in a longer version (necklace + 5 cm, bracelet + 2 cm.).

Pendants and necklaces on nylon cords (apart from Nahitaa) have two clasps enabling you to adjust them to the exact length you require.

You can exchange a model if you are not satisfied with the size.


Jewellery can be cleaned using a soft, dry rag (possibility of using Plexiglas cleaning products.)

We would recommend that you avoid bringing your jewellery into contact with water and avoid any direct contact with chemical products (hairspray, perfume etc.)

Don’t forget to store jewellery in its original pouch and roll up necklace cords (or hang them up.)

Depending on skin acidity and other factors such as stress or how often the item of jewellery is used, some colours may fade over time.

After sales service

Our workshop will deal with any repairs as quickly as possible.

Repairs resulting from a manufacturing defect will be free-of-charge (except any shipping costs.)

Necklaces and bracelets from the Tita collection can be remounted on a new cord after the original one has worn out (this can take several years.) This service is billed at €13 for necklaces and €10 for bracelets.

The majority of items are in stock and our Paris-based production site enables us to ship items to you quickly (dispatched in 28 – 48 hours + delivery time). In the event of a stock shortage, you will be informed of how long the delivery will take, as well as having the opportunity to cancel or change your order. When a longer stock shortage occurs, particularly due to a problem with a sub-contractor, the items in question are temporarily withdrawn from sale in the on-line boutique.

All parcels are insured in line with the value of the goods they contain when dispatched to addresses in France and abroad.

Cheque and transfer payments are dealt with as soon as they are received, so delivery times are lengthened by the time taken to receive your payment.
