The French designer Jean-Baptiste Michel created Miravidi in 1994.

The collections stood out right from the beginning due to the unique materials (Plexiglas, polycarbonate, acetate, CRYSTALLIZED™ - Swarovski Elements) and the design approach used.

Two Miravidi collections per year rapidly started being distributed by multi-brand boutiques throughout the world. Distribution of the Miravidi collection gradually increased after a small-scale beginning.

The collection is 100% French-made and relies on sub-contractors in specialized industrial manufacturing sectors, which is then individually assembled in Miravidi's Paris workshop.

In 2000, the first Miravidi boutique opened in the Marais district of Paris.
The design of the boutique using white, Plexiglas and transparent materials reflects the designer's artistic principles.

In 2002, Miravidi's second boutique opened in Biarritz.

In 2004, the Antibes boutique opened, followed by the opening of a new workshop in Paris in order to meet growing demand and be more responsive.




That year, Miravidi celebrated its 10th anniversary with a travelling exhibition that visited the three boutiques displaying the brand's most representative models.



In 2005, Miravidi received the prix de la dynamique artisanale (Craftsmanship Award) awarded by the Banque Populaire.

In 2006, the long-awaited website www.miravidi.fr was launched.

Today Miravidi is sold in 150 sales outlets throughout the world, the Pedrera House in Barcelona and the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh, so you have lots of opportunities to discover the Miravidi brand's designs and creativity.
